Eighteen years ago G Free co-director Paula Deacon discovered that she had coeliacs disease. In 2002 she set up G Free with her brother Jamie Racklyeft in an attempt to offer great tasting products that were gluten and wheat free, but still offered the same taste and texture expected of any other product on the market. G Free started trading in 2004.
Paula is a trained home economist, with a life of working in nutrition and catering.
