Returns & Refunds Policy

All our gluten free goods are baked for you to order. Because of this, and as they are perishable items, orders cannot be cancelled or returned once dispatched.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or amend an order either by email or by telephone. We will be able to do this so long as your parcel has not been dispatched. We will then provide a refund to the same payment card/PayPal account used to place the order.
